Hair up. Nothing to find.

On the heads you currently turn away, not just the easy ones.

For hair extension artists raising their standard

You have the hands and the clients are booking. What is missing is knowing what the scalp in front of you can actually carry, and that is the only thing standing between good work and work you would put your name on.

The belief that is costing you

Extensions are not quick. Quick is what makes them visible.

You were taught to install fast and make it look good. Nobody taught you to read the head first.

Because everything comes from the scalp, and a scalp takes time to read. There is a correct weight limit per gramage per section, and it changes with density, condition, hair type, whether she has worn extensions before and how she actually lives. Assess it and the work disappears into her hair. Skip it and it announces itself the moment she ties it up.

That is not a skill problem. You learned exactly what you were taught.

Why a room and not a video

A video can only ever show you one head.

Every install video you have watched starts after the decisions are made.

The client was assessed off camera. The plan is already set. The sections are already chosen. You are watching somebody execute judgements you never saw them make, which is why you can follow every step and still not know what to do when the head in your chair looks nothing like the head on the screen.

Reading a head is not something you can memorise. It is something you watch somebody do, and ask about, while the head is still in front of you and the reason is still fresh.

By two o'clock

What is different about you.

9:00

You are close enough to see her hands, because seats go in booking order.

9:15

You watch a consultation run properly, and see how much you have been leaving to chance.

10:00

You learn which heads to say yes to, and which to turn away before they cost you.

10:30

The blend stops being luck and starts being a decision you can repeat.

11:15

You see what a real install looks like at full speed, not edited down to the good parts.

12:00

You spend an hour with twenty people who do what you do.

12:30

Your work stops reading as extensions and starts reading as her hair.

1:15

You leave knowing how to shoot the result so it stops living in your camera roll.

1:45

You ask the question you actually came with, on the head in front of you.

2:00

Nobody rushes off.

Before you talk yourself out of it

You are not starting again.

Your hands are already good. That was never the problem.

Nobody is asking you to throw out eight years of work. The technique took a long time to build and it stays. What gets added is the part that was never in the training, which is reading the head before you touch it.

Two things change on the other side of that. The heads you currently send elsewhere stop being the ones you send elsewhere. And you can sit in a consultation and quote the work without your voice going up at the end, because you know exactly what that head can carry and why.

Why her

She built this because nothing worked on her.

Three sets of clip-ins at twelve. Sweeping salon floors at twelve. In an apprenticeship at fourteen.

She wore clip-ins for years because nothing on the market sat flat enough to disappear when she tied her hair up. So she built the thing that did. The Única Invisible Bead Method is fifteen years of corrections, and every decision inside it exists because an earlier version was wrong.

  • Qualified trichologist, so the scalp is the foundation of the day rather than a warning at the end of it.
  • She makes the hair. Nothing stands between what she teaches and what she uses.
  • Thousands of installs, and still in the chair every week. Most people teaching extensions stopped doing them.
  • Founder of Amaraa Hair, Mount Hawthorn.

I will not teach a method with no science behind it, and I will not teach one that is simple and easy, because extensions are not that. Everything comes from the scalp, and the scalp has to be understood in full before you can do this safely.

What stylists say

This section is deliberately empty.

Gap · launch blocker

No stylist testimonials exist yet and nothing gets invented here. Fill from stylists Eliza has taught informally, and from a dry run before launch. Brief them to talk about what changed in their work, never about pricing. Do not run paid traffic until this is filled.

Before you decide

The four things you are probably thinking.

"I did a course once and nothing changed."

Most extension education teaches you to copy a result. You go home, the next head is different, and you are back where you started. This day is spent on reading the head, which is the part that transfers. It works on every head, including the ones you have not met yet.

"I can watch this on YouTube."

You can watch the install. You cannot watch the decision, because the decision happened off camera before filming started. And you cannot ask a video why it did that, on the head in front of you, at the moment you thought of it.

"There is a hands-on class for half the price."

There is, and for some people it is the right thing. But you cannot learn judgement while you are concentrating on your own hands. This is not a class. It is a day watching somebody make every call in a full application and telling you why.

"Is this a pitch for a product line?"

Eliza makes the hair and it would be odd to pretend otherwise. What she is not doing is selling wholesale accounts from the front of the room. You are welcome to leave having bought nothing else, and plenty will.

Gap · refine

Eliza to name the two objections that actually stop the sale, in the stylist's own words. Replace the weakest two above with hers.

What is not promised

You will not leave qualified. You will leave able to see it.

There is no certificate at the end of this day and no shortcut in the middle of it.

What you get is every decision in one full application, and the reason each one was made. What you do with that is yours.

Questions

Before you book.

Is this hands on?

No. You watch. One model, one full application, start to finish. Nobody installs on the day, and that is deliberate: you cannot learn judgement while you are concentrating on your own hands.

Who can attend?

Apprentices and qualified hairdressers. You will be asked for your salon and your qualification when you book.

Do I bring a model or equipment?

No. Eliza brings the model and supplies everything. Bring yourself and something to write with.

Do I get a certificate?

No. This is separate from the Única Invisible Bead Method Certification, which has its own assessment and enrolment.

Where do I sit?

Seats go in booking order, closest to the chair first. A live screen on her hands means every seat has the close view.

Will I be filmed?

Yes. You give consent when you book, and the footage of you is sent to you for your own portfolio.

The date does not move

If nothing changes

The next one you install, nobody will be able to find.

01

Every fine or difficult head you steer somewhere safer is a client who goes to whoever says yes, and stays with them.

02

Work you are quietly not proud enough of to post is work that never brings you the next client.

03

When the blend is beautiful and you cannot say what you did differently, you cannot do it again on purpose.

04

There is one room, on one Monday, and the next date is not set.
